The Solution to Today's Ever Present Grease and Oil Problems

In February 2005 MDK received
UPC (Unified Plumbing Code) approval
meeting
ASME A112 14.3 and 14.4
For the Grease-O-Nator

The Grease-o-nator is an easy and efficient method for removing FOG (Fat, Oil and Grease) from wastewater in restaurant operations. It is designed to solve problems such as clogged drains, the unnecessary use of harmful and costly chemicals, costly fines, cleaning costs of traps/interceptors and damage to septic systems.

The Grease-o-nator will solve these problems by extracting 97% of Fat, Oil and Grease from wastewater lines before it has a chance to raise operational costs and/or cause damage to system.

The solution is simple and the results are tremendous. Simply install the Grease-o-nator, make minor adjustments for your situation and watch the Grease-o-nator extraction action. Fats, Oils and Greases will be extracted from wastewater and discharged into the easy-to-empty container outside of the machine. Just empty when full. With only one inline (2” NTP) plumbing connection, and one 120v/60cy/1ph, 20 amp hardwired electrical connection, it’s easy and efficient to solve your Fat, Oil and Grease issues.

Along with the Grease-o-nator’s problem solving abilities, operation is fully automatic and the need for maintenance and cleaning is virtually eliminated.

Operation requirements: 2” NPT plumbing fittings, 120v/60cy/1ph Hardwired 20 amp connection.

Check exterior FOG container on a daily basis and empty when full.

Quick, simple, inexpensive and saves costs.
