The Grease-O-Nator was launched in 1996 to ease the issues of FOG (Fats, Oils and Grease) in the foodservice kitchen wastewater industry.

After spending years of development with innovative minds from across the United States, MDK settled in Tucson, Arizona, a city with an excellent
climate, a good infrastructure and a highly educated work force. From this city in the desert, MDK built the Grease-O-Nator G-2002 to bring to
the US and the world years of easy grease removal and reliable service. The idea of a growing community and a growing company fit us well.
Our first units were installed in a local world renowned golf resort (Tubac Golf Resort http://www.tubacgolfresort.com/)
and several local and federal schools. Installation was quick and easy, and the operation is trouble free.
Since the original units were produced, only minor changes have occurred.
